can you respond to this statement in a positive manner?I believe the best way to train child protective workers on the issue is incentive based training. There would be some kind of incentive of additional training taken by professionals that come with certificates. There would naturally be internal agency training which also includes what the state, city, and county mandates, but I would not want professionals that only know what we have provided to them. In an effort to encourage professionals to learn more about national issues there would be some kind of incentive program put in place. The reasoning for the program recognizes that once professionals get into the field and take on their caseloads, finding time to do extra work or get extra knowledge will be challenging. If there is an additional incentive put on place, hopefully professionals take the offer
