can you reword Leadership to me feels like a balance between introspection and action, and knowing when to lean into one or the other. Leadership is as much mental game as anything else. Self-awareness is critical. Know your own strengths and weaknesses. Lean into your strengths and learn how to mitigate your weaknesses, whether it be by self improvement or simply having others who can lean into supporting or leading in areas where you don't thrive. Like so many things, it's a process game. Get better every day. Do more of what works and less of what doesn't. Take calculated risks and develop a culture and operating context of trust and presuming positive intentions. Finally, everyone has their own path. Be true to yours
