Craft Beer - 55 Points (82.5 mins) Two brothers: Billy and Bobby, decided to use their vast knowledge of beer to start a craft beer business together, Fantastic! (F). Because of their personal knowledge and strengths, it was decided that Billy, a commerce graduate, would be in charge of the business operations which would include purchasing supplies through to marketing and sales. Bobby, on the other hand, had extensive understanding of beer products, having worked in Germany for several years in a large brewery, so he was in charge of making their products. It was decided that Billy would consult Bobby regarding important business decisions but that normally Bobby would stand by Billy's decisions regarding the business, the same way that Billy would give Bobby full authority as for as the products to be produced. Given their joint abilities they decided to split profits 50/50. Given the downturn in the economy and the increase in alcohol sales, Bobby decided to come up with a special brew, Covid Chaos. It is an immediate success, but shortly after sales escalated for the new beer, even seasoned beer- consuming customers began to register complaints of being sick after drinking the beer. It turns out that the brew was not properly stored during fermentation, and that customers may have a solid case in negligence against F. Assume that there is a case in negligence against F. 5 pts D Question 7 Recommended time: 7.5 mins
