Under "Data are arranged as: select "Single Column" and Double click on C3 d1 -in data to populate the cell. Options... (use a constant or an ID column) Storage... Enter a Subgroup size of 1 Subgroups across rows of: Lower spec: 0.6950 Boundary Upper spec: 0.7050 Boundary Historical mean: (optional) Select Historical standard deviation: (optional) OK Cancel Help We will make the assumption for this data that our manufacturing tolerance is 0.70 +/- 0.005", therefore enter Lower spec: 0.6950 and Upper spec: 0.7050 Click on the Options Tab, follow instructions below. Capability Analysis (Normal Distribution): Options Target (adds Cpm to table): 0.7000 Use tolerance of K xa for capability statistics K = Perform Analysis Within subgroup analysis Overall analysis Display Parts per million Percents Capability stats (Cp, Pp) Benchmark Z's (a level) Include confidence intervals Confidence level: 95 Confidence intervals: One-sided In the options tab enter a Target value of 0.7000 Use the default selections for the other options Click "OK" on both screens Title: Help OK Cancel
