Capital Purchase Project Planning

Some (but not all, and you do not need to answer or address all) questions and considerations are:

• What resources will you use to research the requirements for the M08: Capital Purchase Project?
  • e.g. all online, all within your company, a mixture of online research and questions asked of others, visiting a Staples, Best Buy, etc.
  • Just remember you must have proof of having competitively bid items
• What do you think you will not include in your list of items?
• When will (did) you start the project?
• How much time do you think you will need to devote to the project?
• Because you have quite a bit of freedom to determine specifications, how will you decide on specification?
• Who could you utilize (other than the professor) to help you think about this?
• What is unclear now that you think you will have to clear up to proceed?
