In this assignment, you will present an employee development plan. In order to develop this plan, you must first read the following situation:

The company Prixus Technologies is dedicated to document digitization and provides advice on process automation to multinational organizations. Senior management identified that for 6 months some situations have been occurring that are affecting the company's performance. A survey was given to employees so that they could express their concerns, if any, and they indicated that they feel that they are in a heavy work environment and that they do not clearly understand the guidelines that are being provided to them. Likewise, they commented that they were not clear as to what was expected of them in relation to organizational objectives. Finally, express your concern about how this situation could affect them, because the company has expansion plans and employees would like the opportunity to fill higher-level positions (growth opportunity).

To present your development plan, consider the following format:

1. Summary of your analysis of the situation presented
2. Applies the development planning system process from the company's perspective to the presentation situation.
3. Identify which approaches you recommend using in your development plan and explain the benefits of your recommendation.
4. Finally, explain what the employer's and employee's responsibility is regarding career development.
