Jenny was registering a delegate for a convention being planned by her company when Ann, a customer, walked in and struck up a conversation about her getting married in six months. She was seeking the perfect professional wedding planner to plan her big day. She explains that after visiting five establishments and being not impressed by their promotional skill and knowledge, she was just about to give up. Final, advertisements featuring Trendy Professional came on the television, and she was intrigued by their offering. Jenny, without hesitation, informed the customer that Trendy Professional Event Planning Ltd. offers a wide range of wedding services and would be delighted to make an appointment for her to return in two weeks, where she and her team would put together a complete package showcasing and promoting the business skills in the selected areas.
