Case - 2 EDURA Company has a total of 20 employees. Mr Amar is a General Manager, Mr Akbar is a supervisor, Ms Faiza is a quality control officer and Ms Sharifa is a human resource manager. The company has also two marketing managers Ms Eman and Ms Sara. Who are responsible for the daily production activity and has around 15 assistants to work under her. Her main task is to coordinate all the assistants with the production on time without delay. Customer satisfaction is the top most priority of EDURA. Ms.Eman conducted a survey with their customers to help understand their needs, wants, taste and preferences. The survey results concluded that the customers are happy with the product availability in different locations and friendly service by the sales force. Some of the respondents suggested the company have more varieties of products Based on this result Ms. Eman proposed a new product and location idea to Mr.Amar.
