Arielle Stream decided to sell her old recreational vehicle. Considerable portions of the floor had suffered termite damage and this, in turn, had led to some rotting. Before dealing with any potential buyers, Arielle decided to make the vehicle more presentable. She purchase several small area rugs and place them throughout the RV, including over all the areas that had termite damage. Reginald Rother purchased the RV from Arielle. At no time during negotiations did Reginald make any inquiries about the condition of the recreational vehicle, nor did Arielle disclose the termite damage. After purchasing the vehicle, Reginald discovered the damage.
