Instructions

Once you have gone through the case study as a team, answer the following questions and provide the name of each team member next to the question answered. You will be graded individually based on the quality and response of your answer.

1. Analyse the case study and provide a summary of your understanding of the key issues that drove the need for PMO?
2. What type of organisation structure they have, and do you believe the type of PMO they chose fits well with their organisation structure and why?
3. What were the steps to setting up their PMO? Compare them to the setup steps in your text.
4. What were the instituted functions? How do they align with your textbook functions?
5. Apply the Balanced score model to the case study PMO and state the outcome for ONLY two of the four elements (Financial, Customers, Growth, and Process).
