CPE - develop and implement a change management plan to lead and manage organisational change.
1. Develop a RASCI chart for five tasks that will be done as part of the change management program. Provide names and positions of people in the program team and stakeholders, and using RASCI, assign a role to each person for each task. Add additional columns for more staff if required. ( can use the tasks from Assessment 1, Part A Q8)
