Case Facts: Part 3-Trixie eventually approached Fred as she talked to him and stood behind him as he prepared the food.-Trixie then leaned forward and attempted to reach around Fred and grab some of the food Fred was preparing. -Trixie described this action as "playful." Fred was annoyed at this action and attempted to stop Trixie's action by hitting her moving hand. -Fred missed the hand and hit Trixie's cheek. Case Facts: Part 4-Fred indicates this was an accident, while Trixie indicates that Fred hit her cheek on purpose. -The impact from the blow to Trixie's cheek did not move Trixie from the position she occupied at the time she was hit, but did cause her cheek to redden. -Trixie began to cry and after a few minutes, left the station and called law enforcement officers to come and arrest Fred.
