Currently each branch of the lundry has being system with varying degrees of computerization. Some branches even have paper based in water. This has resulted in misuse of the system resulting in growing losses. The current system is not very efficient in produane VAT reports required by the Tax authorities. To address these concerns, senior management has approved the development of a centralized billing system. This system will allow management to update pricing of services centrally. The system will also maintain a database of customers and a record of their transactions (bills).
