For this discussion, you first read Chapter 1 and the MGT types & Skills pages attached to Module Two and access the Numi video linked above. Your Substantive Original Reply (SOR) and Peer Reply (PR) are to provide detailed answers that specifically relate to the chapter, attached information, linked video about management functions, and above-linked Numi video.

Do not waste time looking for additional information on Numi's or Danielles situation. (In fact, answers or information from different sources than those provided will not count for points because those make more work for all of us and confuse the issues.) So, focus your efforts and answers on what is provided in this module.

Your SOR is to include detailed answers to Parts 1-3B. The required PR addresses Part 4. Part 5 is the optional bonus PR(s). This is an individual assignment that also requires at least one PR. Be sure to labeleach answer using the Part number so that we all know which Part you are addressing.

Part 1 - SOR: Indicate the subjects of your answers to Parts 2B, 3A, and 3B (i.e., level of management, function, skill) in the first several words in the first line of the Rich Content Editor. Part 2.A. - SOR:Briefly explain 2-3 major problems/complaints/issues that Numi Tea was experiencing that necessitated (and resulted in) the hiring of Danielle.

Part 2.B. - SOR: Refer to the MGT Types_Skills information linked to Ch. 1. State which one level of management Danielle was hired to address the issues (e.g., top/upper, middle, or first-line/level) and explain 1-2 detailed & relevant reason(s) why or how she illustrates that level.
