QUESTION 3 Puan Aminah is a full-time housewife. She really loves to cook and prepare foods for her husband and kids. One day, she went to Kedai Pak Abu to buy a few sets of lunch box. She informed the seller that she needed three food containers that are heat resistant. Pak Abu confidently gives Puan Aminah three food containers which he claimed to be heat resistant. Next morning, Puan Aminah cooks chicken porridge with soup and plans to pack the porridge for her husband and kids using the new food containers. Unfortunately, when she put the hot porridge and soup in the containers, the containers melted. She feels very frustrated. She instructed Rahmat to find a buyer and sell it at a price of not less than RM10,000. He then proposed to his cousin, Fitri, for the sale of the property at the price of RM5,000. Fitri agreed to the proposal and promised to pay the amount as soon as possible.
