Until recently, John has treated his illness with medications and the support of his wife. John was maintaining a job part time. Recently, John has become increasingly paranoid of others around him and stated "I am a spy for the Russian government" to a co-worker. John tends to get agitated when others do not believe him. He denies hallucinations but has been seen "talking to himself" as stated by his wife. John does have a history of substance use but says "I only smoke marijuana once in a while". John's wife is worried about him as he is not being compliant with his medications. His current medications are Clozapine 300mg qpm, Quetiapine 50mg qhs, Invega Sustenna 150mg IM q4weeks.
