John White is a 42-year-old male with a diagnosis of schizophrenia. John lives at home with his wife of 20 years. Until recently, John has treated his illness with medications and the support of his wife. John was maintaining a job part time. Recently, John has become increasingly paranoid of others around him and stated "I am a spy for the Russian government" to a co-worker. John tends to get agitated when others do not believe him. He denies hallucinations but has been seen "talking to himself" as stated by his wife. John does have a history of substance use but says "I only smoke marijuana once in a while". John's wife is worried about him as he is not being compliant with his medications. His current medications are Clozapine 300mg qpm, Quetiapine 50mg qhs, Invega Sustenna 150mg IM q4weeks.
