You have a history of being arrested for involving in an accident after consuming alcoholic drinks. One day after drinking for several hours you were involved in an accident; the other driver was seriously injured and sued you for bodily injuries. Your insurer refused to pay the claim as you had been found making a few mis-presentation on the information in the application on obtaining insurance coverage. You only realized that insurance law and insurance contractual provisions determine whether you are covered. You are required to discuss FOUR (4) important concepts that are being used frequently in an insurance contract.
