Case Study
Ahmad was an orphan who was brought up by his uncle, Jamil. After completing his postgraduate degree, he worked as a medical specialist in London. Jamil was a doctor who managed PST Clinic, the clinic that was inherited by Ahmad from his late father in Kuala Lumpur. Since Ahmad was in London, Jamil insisted Ahmad to transfer the clinic to Jamil so that it will be easier for Jamil to manage the operation of the clinic. Jamil promised that he will transfer the clinic back to Ahmad once Ahmad returns to Malaysia. Ahmad, who was indebted to Jamil, agreed to transfer the clinic to Jamil. After 5 years, Ahmad decided to come back to Malaysia and resigned from his job. Ahmad was staying in Jamil's house. During a family dinner, Ahmad asked Jamil to transfer back the ownership of the clinic to him since he is planning to work in Malaysia. However, Jamil refused to do that and this led Ahmad to move out from Jamil's house.
