This aligns with the organizational goal of working in an overarching team- based approach and most of your team members are in different areas around the globe. Being that this high-profile project will require a global team meeting some extensive goals within a short time frame, the leadership team is asking that you complete a weekly report that will addressing how you are ensuring that challenges are being addressed. The leadership team would like a manager who will take a proactive stance when it comes to problems that arise and is looking to you help your team successfully meet their goals. Keep in mind that the leadership team wants you to explain your approach to address these concerns as well understand your decision-making style. Conflict Management The first month went well, and you were pleased to report that the team was engaging well and meeting their project milestones. Midway through the second month, you encounter some workforce generation issues that have created challenges with meeting deadlines. All team members are not using the new project management tool the team has implemented to help keep all members informed of project status and responsihilities, which is resulting in communication issues.
