They are a small team comprising of Anna, who is the manager and deals with most of the customer's initial enquiries. Adam and Jasmine are marketing executives. Adam is very experienced within his role and has been training Jasmine on the job. Jasmine has limited experience but is very competent in social media presence and runs several client's social media accounts for them. Dele is their web designer, he has many years of experience and has worked with Anna from the company start-up. They have been approached by a client who wants them to promote their catering services whilst making some adjustments made to their website. The owners of the company do not feel that they have enough time to utilise social media effectively and want this to be a priority for the Positive Connections team. They feel that the website should link to their social media pages but do not have the skills to do this themselves. The company also wish to have fortnightly contact by email or phone call and wish to have a point of reference within the company to refer for the results of the marketing campaign. Positive Connections have agreed with the catering company to set a target of increasing their client base by 20% within a year and will charge the client $400 a month. They have agreed to a one-off charge of $750 to make the changes to the website. The first report on the marketing plan is due in 6 weeks.
