Fancy Floss is an American dental company that specalise in preventive and cosmetic dentistry. They consider there to be a market for their brand and style of dentistry in Australia and are looking to expand their dentistry services. The focus of "Fancy Floss" is on being a family friendly practice, where children are educated and encouraged through technology such as augmented reality to take care of their teeth. Augmented reality is also used with adults to show them the potential results from procedures such as teeth whitening, straightening or implants. Although Fancy Floss intend to buy existing practices so that they can quickly develop their customer base, they have decided to build a show case practice building in Noosa and have already purchased a suitable block of land. The idea is that they use the Noosa Dental Practice to showcase their approach and demonstrate the attractive working conditions such as in house professional development resources and new equipment to future employees. In America, employees of Fancy Floss consider the company to be both family friendly and financially rewarding. Fancy Floss have taken a short lease on office space in the business district of Noosa and hired two staffs. You are one of the new staff members. Your role as a project manager will be initially to prioritise and manage the development of the Noosa Dental Practice in Australia. A dentist has also been hired to run the medical aspects of new practice. The Noosa office will be large enough have space for the American managers who will arrive to help set up the Australian arm of the building.
