You are a Project Manager at IT Biz Solutions and, you are required to work with a new client, King Edward VII College, to help them find a solution to a business issue. Below are some details about the client. King Edward VII College has been operating since 2010. The College is based in Sydney CBD and has a second campus in Melbourne. It will be setting up new campuses in Brisbane and Adelaide within the next 12 months. The College offers a range of courses in a variety of Vocational Education and Training areas. Courses are offered at all levels, ranging from Certificate II to Graduate Diploma. It currently has 295 students enrolled across all of its courses and both campuses. Students are both local, national and international students, ranging in age from 18 to 80. King Edward VII College is very popular due to its competitive pricing structure, innovative teaching methods and state of the art facilities. As student numbers increase and more campus are established, there is the need to have a learning management system in place. As a Project Manager at IT Biz Solutions, you are required to work with the client, King Edward VII College, to identify a range of solutions and prepare a feasibility report. You will do this by reviewing information sent by client and then confirming their requirements in a meeting with the client. Key staff to be involved from King Edward is the General Manager and Operations Manager. They will provide information and input. Decisions needs to be made at the senior management level which is the CEO and Board of Directors. Overall requirements Central repository for all learning and assessor resources for both staff and students to use and access. This is required to keep up to date with trends and create efficiencies in processes. Currently all learning and assessment materials are provided either by email or in print copy which is proving to be time consuming and inefficient.Stakeholder requirements Specific requirements broken down by stakeholders below.
