Each student is responsible to explain the complete decision making process, using basic features (formulas and charts of excel), of either one of these projects: 1. Buying a dream car 2. Buying a dream house They have to select several cars (or houses in a city). The student has to create a database for several variables for the car (or houses in a city). For example, the cost of the car, fuel economy information, cost of the house, down payment options, mortgage rates, insurance information, maintenance, loan payment, and many more. Conduct a detailed cost analysis of the options available to you using Excel features. You have to demonstrate the use of as many features of Excel as possible. Create tables, charts, and demonstrate the use formulas.

Guideline:

Need to submit Project reports (excel sheet and the word file) and video (max 5 min) .

The submission must include the following three files: 1. An MS Word document that explains the working of the excel sheet, and the final decision (10 marks) 2. An MS Excel file that includes all formulas, charts and tables (10 marks) 3. A video file that clearly demonstrates the use of your excel sheet (10 marks including presentation)
