Part1. You will allocate you a role to play as a key stakeholder in the success or otherwise of Atlassian's commitments to volunteer hours and employee donations mentioned in the document(https://www.atlassian.com/company/corporate-social-responsibility/report) over the past twelve (12) months. In particular the role play will address:

• consulting and communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure CSR objectives and policy align to organisational goals
• negotiating with stakeholders to integrate CSR practices into policies and procedures
• suggesting improvements CSR practices into policies and procedures.

Part2. Once the role play is performed you need to review the operations of Atlassian's commitments over the past twelve (12) months, from the outcomes of the role play. In your review, make sure to detail the following:

a) Processes and procedures that were followed to conduct the review of corporate social responsibility integration with all its stakeholders.

b) Strategies that were used to evaluate CSR against organisational sustainability objectives.

c) Recommended improvements to CSR policy and practices.
