COMPARISON: Outline and compare the project management issues and key factors, including but not limited to; commonalities, divergences, unique features of the three cases.

INTERROGATION & ANALYSIS: Drawing from the PMBOK Guide, required additional research on the subject matter, course material, and most importantly your knowledge and expertise of project management, interrogate, then analyze the case studies, including plausible explanation of: The enduring project management issues, and key factors. What was done right? What went wrong? What could have been done differently, why, and how?

CONCLUSIONS & SOLUTIONS: Draw solid defensible conclusions, then offer suggestions, solutions and alternatives.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Finally, offer informed recommendations grounded in your project management expertise.
