Case Study:

Warraich is associated with the research department of Telenor (Telecommunication Company). He is provided a task to handle the problem of employee turnover in its own company. Firstly, Upper Management of the company hired an external research team that could handle the situation. This team conducted the preliminary data collection by taking employee feedbacks through unstructured interviews and reported some causes of the higher turnover intentions. The management put those issues at top priority and tried many initiatives but to their dismay, nothing worked.Now all eyes on the warraich, to work things out and solve the dilemma.

Consider yourself as Warraich and conduct a well organize research by going through the following research process:

1.Construct a theoretical framework considering variables and their relationships.

2.Develop the research questions of the study.

3.Support your developed framework (variables and their relationship) with authentic literature and give the citation through Mendeley.

4.Develop Directional Hypothesis for the developed framework.

5.Identify all the elements of research design that shall be applied in the above research.
