Warraich is associated with the research department of Telenor (Telecommunication Company). He is provided a task to handle the problem of employee turnover in its own company. Firstly, Upper Management of the company hired an external research team that could handle the situation. This team conducted the preliminary data collection by taking employee feedbacks through unstructured interviews and reported some causes of the higher turnover intentions.
