CASE STUDY

You are a project engineer and have an ongoing project located in California (far from your current location; approximately 5 hours flight). There were serval reports and issues with regards to delivery of materials such as wrong quantity and poor quality (defective items). How will u strategize and what will be your next plan in order to avoid these same issue??
