Therefore, he can save 20% of his salary after tax and plans to invest his entire saving of 150,000, which was mainly earned by investing Bitcoin and Ethereum a year ago, in a diversified portfolio. He wants to buy a two-bedroom apartment in Hertfordshire with existing market price of 400,000 for marriage. Kobe has invested in stock market since studying university. Besides, he makes his own decision on the pension plan offered by employers. At the beginning of 2022, Kobe sold all investment holdings due to unforeseeable magnitude of monetary policy tightening launched by the Bank of England. Now he expects the interest rate will be peaked soon and he is going to construct investment portfolio for his future. Requirements: 1. Describe and explain the risk tolerance level of Kobe. (20 marks) 2. Describe and explain Kobe's investment goals, liquidity constraint and time constraint. (20 marks) 3. Create a portfolio for Kobe after considering the following requirements as well: All calculations are based on the weekly returns over the period January 2019 to December 2021 The annual return should be at least 8%. The annual standard deviation should be 20% or below. The portfolio should be comprised of 3-5 securities (Equities/funds/ETFs). Weightings of a single equity (but not funds/ETFs) should be capped at 10%. a) Explain the inclusion of each security in the portfolio AND the correspondingweightings. (20 marks) b) Prepare quantitative analysis on the suggested portfolio (including but not limit to returns and standard deviations of each security and the portfolio respectively, as well as correlation matrix) and present in a professional format.
