Hisham is a branch manager of a popular food processing company in Oman. He has to take important business decisions on a daily basis. He makes sure that his decision should not affect the business at any cost. When it comes to choose between business and employees, he always supports for business than employees. As a result, staff turnover increased in Hisham's branch than the other branches. Employees pay respect to Hisham just for his position and not for his personal values. Many employees made complaint to the management that the decisions made by Hisham was unethical but there was no proper response from the management.
