Case: Vincenzo Franco and his family come from Italy to visit relatives in Australia, and then they book a trip to mount Hotham (ski resort) Victoria. They do research in this . andfound a resort called "Scenic Views", it advertised that all their guest suites had open-fire places, TV's and Cable, a spa bathroom and spectacular panoramic views from a private balcony looking out on the snowfields and the snow covered mountains. Vincenzo Franco have problem with speak, so he have problem with terms and condition while booking resort. He thought it is better to go at office at Melbourne and talk with marketing manager from scenic views rather than online. He go to office and talk with Mr George Smith to book one guest suite. They discuss the price and it was $350 per night all inclusive, which was quite expensive but he booked it for 7 nights. But when they go there, he didn't get what he expected as mentioned but was a grey wall from another building, no balcony.
