Cassandra's child was only 5 months old when she was murdered. Cassandra's murder remains unsolved.

Subsequent reports have also highlighted significant concerns about the initial Police investigation including concerns about the BC Coroner among others. The purpose of this report is to make a report of Murdered and Missing Indigenous Won & Girls in the Vancouver lower mainland. It is recommended that you include (a) timeline of events, (b) the locations of as many sites reported by the media. (c) the impacts these discoveries have/are having on Indigenous communities, and (d) recommendations necessary to mitigate the harm caused to Indigenous children, families, and communities as well as what can be done to reverse the harm, etc..
