Cathy works for Scott County Social Services and part of her job responsibilities is to visit Senior Citizen Meal Sites throughout the County. This means that she is "on the road" 2 or 3 times per week to various sites and away from her office in downtown Davenport. She gets reimbursed for the mileage she puts on her own car. Often after the meal site lunch is over, Cathy stops at a drive-through restaurant or diner for her own lunch, since she was working through the time she was at the site. She usually gets back to work about 2:15 in the afternoon
