Centennial College has determined it is in need of a new course, PMGT 730: Project Management Fundamentals (Online). A fundamentals course is critical for a variety of reasons, including building a strong foundation, developing critical thinking, meeting prerequisites, gaining a broad understanding of project management, and enhancing future career opportunities.

The Project Quality Management Plan documents the necessary information required to effectively manage project quality from project planning to delivery. The Quality Management Plan is used to establish a framework for ensuring that all project deliverables meet or exceed the quality standards set by the organization, industry, and stakeholders. This plan will provide guidance on how quality will be planned, implemented, monitored, and controlled throughout the project's life cycle to achieve the desired outcomes.

The Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) was created during the project's Planning Phase. The intended audience of the PQMP is as follows:

1. Project Sponsors & Stakeholders: Individuals or groups that have a vested interest in the project and its outcomes. They need to understand how the project will be managed and how it will achieve its goals and objectives.

2. Senior Management: Individuals who are responsible for the overall success of the organization. They need to understand how the project aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and how it will be managed to ensure successful completion.

3. External Contractors & Vendors: Individuals or organizations that are contracted to provide goods or services for the project. They need to understand the plan and their roles and responsibilities in delivering their part of the project.

4. Compliance Officers & External Contactors: Organizations responsible for ensuring that the project complies with any relevant regulations or standards. They need to understand how the project will be managed to ensure compliance with these requirements.

5. Project Team Members: Individuals who are directly responsible for the execution of the project. They need to understand the plan and their specific roles and responsibilities.

Question- QUALITY CONTROL

Identify those monitoring and controlling actions that will be conducted to control quality throughout the project's life. Define how it will be determined that quality standards comply with the defined standards outlined earlier in this document. Identify owners of ongoing monitoring and improvement of project processes.
