Study and \ or visit the hospitality business of your choice and identify ways that the business could improve its legal compliance in a particular area (employment law, disability law, safer premises, etc.), or could use the law to improve its competitive advantage. I am looking for you to apply some of what you learned this semester to a real-world hospitality business. Be brief but creative in describing how the business could reduce its risk of legal liability; or increase its advantage over its competitors.
