Certainly technology has become second nature to us but we should also know that it can neither replace the nature nor be a substitute to it. Technology can give us cool environment but can not replace the health morning air of nature. Like every thing technology has its own merits and demerits and any thing when becomes excessive then it will have certain implication. Therefore we should try to build a boundary in order to have a proper check and balance. At the same time we can't ignore the convenience which technically has given us by making our lives more and more easy. But as said we must have limit. So we are not saying to completely avoid technology but to have limit and try to incorporate it more positively. For example during Covid technology has allowed our children to keep studying through online schooling but at the same time it has bad effects on our children when they became addicted with mobile phones. So it is very important to have a balanced use of technology. (APA CITATIONS IN TEXT and references to support claims, 500 words)
