Products: Alberta Beef-specific cuts of meat - fresh BC Crab - fresh BC Salmon (wild) - whole, cut, fresh, frozen, smoked Seasonal Fruits - Strawberries and Blueberries Wild mushrooms, ferns Other foods in the future such as deer meat, cranberries All items personally inspected and packaged by CFG to ensure highest quality and freshness. The company maintains very stringent quality standards. Suppliers are carefully chosen and constantly evaluated/inspected. Items are shipped to China via airplane. To ensure product quality the firm applies a special hologram to all food packages to denote the product as genuine and coming from CFG. The firm can cut, prepare and label/package the product differently depending upon each customer's specific requirements. Chinese customers appreciate the high genuine quality of the brand. Your consulting firm has been asked to create their operations plan for how the business will run. You need to: Find high quality local suppliers and arrange supply plans Cut, prepare and package the food items - all of this is done internally to ensure freshness . Develop special package to protect fresh foods while on airplanes Also, 1. Customer(s) - who are the customers who would make use of your business?
