The acronym OCEAN can be used to remember the Big Five Factors of Personality. Describe whether your personality is high or low on each of these five dimensions. Discuss how these factors are related to important aspects like a person's health, intelligence, and relationships. Do you see a link between your personality on these dimensions as related to things like your GPA and/or relationship satisfaction? What are the limitations of trait theories?
