Motives/Style: a) Which is your leadership motive (ch 2)? b) Which is your dominate leadership style? c) If you have not served in leadership role, which style would you like to display? d) How might/do others perceive your leadership style (ask if you can, otherwise give your best guess). Taking the Leadership Self-assessment quiz 15-1 and 15-2. a) Summarize your development needs from these exercises.

II. Addressing development needs a) List all development needs in the order of priority and identify which approach you will use in addressing your improvement needs (LO 15.2) Education Experience Mentoring Tools (affiliations, exec coaching, etc) b) Establish goals for the top 5 development needs. Need Goal III. Develop a Personal Goal Plan for your top 5 development needs using template on page 153 of Ch 9 Designing your future article. Please include a target completion date as well. IV. Share with the class Share highlights of your plan with the class using a deck (PowerPoint, MS Pages etc.) not to exceed 4 slides and 5 minutes. Sharing will take place on Dec 12. Assignment due Dec 12 at 6:00 pm (class start).
