BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT LAB 4, IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CREATE A SCATTER PLOT USING EXCEL, READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND WATCH THE VIDEO LINK I HAVE PROVIDED.
You will struggle to get a passing grade in several of the upcoming labs if you can't produce a quality scatterplot graph.
Several of the labs require a scatter plot graph to be created and turned in. Excel will be used for this task. A graph must have the following properties to be given full credit. 1) The graph itself and the axis must be titled, with units given. 2) Major and minor gridlines should be shown 3) The equation of best fit should be shown with physics symbols and units with any values (not the equation y=mx+b). Here is an example of an acceptable graph: Time2 vs meff 1.6 1.4 1.2 f(x) = 12.554 x + 0.0564469999999999 1 0.8 T2 [sec2) 0.6 0.4 0.2 0 0.06 0.065 0.07 0.075 0.08 0.085 0.09 0.095 0.1 0.105 0.11 meff (kg)VALUE @ Amrita AMRITA Virtual Amrita Laboratories Universalizing Education Here Propal Whatday Sign In Sign In wing Open ID Phase over your weir nand and password Support Fmall Lagin Google YAHOO!
