Challenges with managing Gen Z in the workplace

I came across this Forbes article by Edward Segal discussing the challenges that companies are facing in managing Generation Z employees in today's workforce.

The perspective on Generation Z from this article is strikingly similar to Simon Sinek's viewpoint on Millennials. I find it intriguing that Simon's perspective on Millennials and Edward's perspective on Generation Z highlight so many similar traits despite the posts being almost a decade apart.
