Change and Fix Grammar please

For the whole college academic career, I have joined many small class projects and club events. However, senior design project is my first experience to work with large team which combine with Electrical Engineering and Materials Engineering team. It will also be my first project with real world applications and deal with real client. In my opinion, the hardest part is to collect different people's idea and try to work on together. In this project we have ten students from three different majors that make me understand communication is important part in team work. We have different perspective on the project, each team's vision is important to ensure that our project can work properly. Additionally, I realize that time management is significant because we all have different schedule of classes. I think we are a strong team but we still need more time to work together. We need to ensure that we understand what our project needed or we could just waste time on functions. So far, we have three meetings with Aerospace Corporation and couple more time meetings with EE and ME team. Aerospace Corporation help us to understand what we need on this project and also help us figure out some masteries problem. We have a great advisor on our team and we also have strong team members from different majors. I think our work would doing great and have a good experience on Senior Design Project.
