Chapter 7 describes Diego Rodriguez and Ryan Jacoby's "Ways to Grow" matrix. What are the four quadrants? Which quadrant do you believe you are assisting your client in and moving them to?

Chapter 8 spends time discussing two industries that are slow to innovate and/or have difficulty innovating. What are the industries? In your opinion, which of the two industries does sport and recreation have more in common with as it relates to difficulty innovating? What information or experience influences your opinion?

Aravind Eye Hospital was described in Chapter 9 and having to innovate working within 'extreme constraints.' What two extreme constraints to you think the UISRM Agency must work within? How might these lead to breakthrough innovation?
