Change is an important term that people should be always updated since it can affect the ability of implementation in any aspect. As stated by the textbook, "it is a top priority for managers to understand the factors involved in change management". Although, if the manager does not inform their employees some negative consequences can appear as the failure to involve employees in the change process, as well have poor or inefficient communication.
