Change is difficult for most people, but when you lead a culture of change, employees are more open to change. Understanding change is a way to get employees bought in. Being able to clearly communicate to the team will help the perception of the change being negative. First as a leader you must first get a clear understanding of the change and why, the new process, where employees can find resources, and more to be able to clearly communicate to the team. If you don't understand the change, how to sound confident when explaining, and how to point employees to how to find resources, then you won't be able to create a positive impact to the change
