Change is unavoidable if you wish to move forward throughout your life. In many cases, change is simple and enjoyable, making it easy for you make the changes. However, there are times in life when change will be painful and require a great deal of effort. You have made a change by deciding to enter into school beyond high school.

Change happens in various ways in your personal life. There may be people trying to sell the change to you, such as your employer, and they will focus on all of the positives. Deep down though, there will be part of you that knows that there are going to be difficulties involved in making the change and there will be a part of you that wants to resist change. Some of us decide change on our own, such as adapting a different lifestyle to eat healthier and$/$or lose weight.
