Chapter 1 discusses many different challenges that HRM has faced over the past few decades. This ranges across many different areas: technology,global competition, skill sets, employee supply and demand, diversity, and the list could go on. Select at least two areas (does not have to be one listed) and explain the pros and cons of this area and how it has impacted the U.S. workforce and HR.
