- Sole Proprietorship

- General partnership

- LLC

- C-Corporation

- S-Corporation.

For each of these structures, please perform research and obtain as much information as you can that would help to decide which one you would want to use to organize a business.Remember this the basis of your project.

Please find and insert into each of the blocks for each business type:

- The owners' personal liability for each structure

- Tax/IRS related information: this includes forms or specific information that differentiates the different types from each other

- Formation: how you form the structure under SC Law and Federal, if necessary. (not all require Federal formalities)

- Relevant Websites: list the websites that you found your information. Make sure that they are good sources and would be sources that you would use again to conduct the research for your project.
