Inez Is a guest at a hotel.she returns to the hotel after an evening out. while she is walking to her hotel room she trips in the lobby.she claims to have suffered two broken ribs, A painful injury to her back, and a broken ankle. she further claims the hotel is at fault and sued for $1,000,000. Assume you are the vice president of the hotel and responsible for overseeing legal cases.
