Jones states that the flooring specs in the original contract were changed in a written contract modification that was executed on June 30, 2019. She states that the delivered flooring complied with the modified requirements. The contract price was $9,000 and the custom flooring cannot be resold to any other customer. Jones wants to sue Seaside Hotel. ASSIGNMENT Complete a small claims court Claim (SC 100) and fictitious business name (dba) (SC 103) and Proof of Service (SC 104) in the Jones case. Instructions: Before completing any forms, determine in which county Jones will file her case and also determine in which court in the selected county she will file.
