Tell me if you think the index is a good index, in terms of how reliable and realistic it is? Look particularly at three things: Can you trust the organization that produced it? Do they have any biases? Do you think the methodology used to find the information is correct? Do they look at the right things? Is their method of analysis accurate? Is there any reason to think, for example, that one country may report things differently than another country?
